Dan Neice, MBA, CFP®, is the Founder and Wealth Consultant of Coastal Virginia Wealth Group - Chesapeake, serving individuals, families, retirees, federal employees, military personnel, and business owners throughout Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk, and the greater Hampton Roads region.
With more than two decades of experience in financial services and retirement planning, Dan specializes in comprehensive financial planning, investment management, retirement income strategies, IRA and 401(k) rollovers, federal employee retirement planning, and wealth management for individuals approaching or enjoying retirement.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Dan takes a comprehensive approach to help clients organize, seek growth, preserve, and distribute their wealth. His goal is to help clients gain clarity and confidence in their financial future through personalized planning and ongoing guidance tailored to their unique goals and circumstances.
After completing a distinguished 21-year career as a U.S. Navy officer, Dan transitioned his leadership experience into helping Coastal Virginia families pursue financial independence and retirement readiness. Today, Coastal Virginia Wealth Group - Chesapeake operates from its office in Chesapeake's Summit Pointe district, providing financial planning and investment management services throughout Coastal Virginia.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and later earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University. He remains actively involved in the Hampton Roads community and has served in leadership positions with professional and civic organizations, including the Financial Planning Association of Hampton Roads.
